Machine Wiring Harness Solutions by Equipment Type

From the control cabinet to the moving axis, we build the in-machine wiring harnesses and equipment cable assemblies that keep production lines running.

CNC & Machine Tool Wire Harnesses

Machine tools combine servo power, spindle drives, encoder feedback and dense sensor I/O in an environment soaked in cutting oil and coolant mist. We build control-cabinet-to-axis harnesses with oil-resistant PUR jackets, 360° shielded servo and encoder cables to suppress EMI near VFDs, and M12/M23 circular interconnects that survive continuous vibration on the machine frame.

Packaging & Processing Machinery Harnesses

High line speeds mean sensors, valves and actuators cycle millions of times per year. We supply pre-wired M8/M12 quick-disconnect sensor cabling, valve manifold harnesses and multi-branch equipment wire harnesses that simplify machine assembly and field service — with washdown-rated overmolded sealing where hygiene or moisture is a factor.

Robotics & AGV Wire Harnesses

Multi-axis robots and AGVs subject cables to combined torsion and linear flexing that destroys standard wiring. Our high-flex drag chain harnesses use finely stranded conductors, optimized twist pitches and TPE/PUR jackets, validated on our in-house flex tester. For AGVs we also build battery power harnesses and CAN bus communication assemblies.

Test & Inspection Equipment Cable Assemblies

Measurement and inspection systems demand signal integrity above all. We manufacture low-noise shielded assemblies, precision board-level harnesses using JST and Molex Micro-Fit connectors, and internal wiring harnesses routed for minimal crosstalk — built to IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3 workmanship for equipment where a false reading is a field failure.

Frequently Asked Questions

Industrial wire harnesses must endure harsh factory environments. Key requirements include high-flex continuous bending life (for drag chains), resistance to oil and chemicals (using PUR/TPE jackets), and robust IP67/IP68 ingress protection against dust and moisture.

Yes, we specialize in custom M8, M12, and M23 sensor and actuator cables. We provide in-house overmolding services to create rugged, waterproof interconnects tailored to your specific pinout and length requirements.

We subject our high-flex robotic and drag-chain cables to rigorous mechanical testing on our in-house swing/flex tester. Our drag chain series is validated for 10 million dynamic flex cycles at a 5×D minimum bend radius, ±90° travel and 1 m/s at 23 °C, with continuous continuity and insulation-resistance monitoring, using test methods per IEC 60811 and UL 1581.

We work with all major industrial connector systems: M8/M12 circulars in A, B, D, X, L and K codings, HARTING Han® and Phoenix Contact heavy-duty rectangulars for power and modular equipment interfaces, and Molex Mini-Fit, Micro-Fit and KK plus JST series for board-level and in-machine wiring.
