CNC & Machine Tool Wire Harnesses

Machine tools combine servo power, spindle drives, encoder feedback and dense sensor I/O in an environment soaked in cutting oil and coolant mist. We build control-cabinet-to-axis harnesses with oil-resistant PUR jackets, 360° shielded servo and encoder cables to suppress EMI near VFDs, and M12/M23 circular interconnects that survive continuous vibration on the machine frame.

Packaging & Processing Machinery Harnesses

High-speed equipment can place repeated movement and switching demands on sensors, valves and actuators. We supply pre-wired M8/M12 quick-disconnect sensor cabling, valve manifold harnesses and multi-branch equipment wire harnesses that simplify machine assembly and field service — with overmolded sealing options where hygiene or moisture requirements are defined.

Robotics & AGV Wire Harnesses

Multi-axis robots and AGVs subject cables to combined torsion and linear flexing that destroys standard wiring. Our high-flex drag chain harnesses use finely stranded conductors, optimized twist pitches and TPE/PUR jackets, with validation criteria defined by the customer-approved test plan. For AGVs we also build battery power harnesses and CAN bus communication assemblies.
