DOCUMENT ALIGNMENT
A connector, terminal, wire, sleeve, label, or protection item should be identifiable in both the BOM and the location where it applies.
Send a drawing, BOM, and related specifications that belong to the same release. Flag a mismatch before quotation assumptions are made.
Customer-approved requirements should be visually distinct from supplier proposals, pending selections, and items awaiting commercial review.
